Our goal is to increase female participation in sport, whether that is as an athlete, volunteer, member of the community or as an employee. In this regard as an organisation, we will be innovative and recognised as a leading club within the NRL.

Wests Tigers respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
