The visitors held the Dolphins scoreless in the second half in the 30-18 victory at Kayo Stadium, after trailing 18-12 at half-time.
A strong set from the Dolphins led to them opening the scoring in the 4th minute through flying winger, Jack Bostock.
Some silky ball-playing from Jarome Luai helped set up the Tigers’ first, as he combined with Jahream Bula and Starford To’a to set Sunia Turuva up in the corner.

When Daniel Saifiti burst through the line off a Kodi Nikorima short-ball, the big front-rower sent Herbie Farnworth over under the posts for the Dolphins’ second.
Nikorima scored one of his own shortly after, with the nippy five-eighth slicing his way through for a quality solo try.
Jamayne Isaako then slotted a penalty goal to give the home side an 18-6 lead in the 30th minute.
Tallyn Da Silva went on to dart over from dummy half to keep Wests Tigers within six, with the score reading 18-12 at half-time.

To’a went awfully close to scoring early in the second period before losing the ball, and time and time again it looked as if Wests Tigers were certain to cross before being held out.
Wests Tigers finally grabbed their third try though, when Galvin drew Bostock in before passing to To’a, who set Turuva up for his double.
At 18-18, the match was desperate for a player to take control of the contest, and it was veteran hooker Api Koroisau who obliged.

The Tigers No.9 delivered a perfect short ball to Alex Seyfarth, who crashed over to give his side the lead, before Koroisau produced the match-sealing play.
The Dolphins defence thought Luai was set up for a field goal attempt, however the 32-year-old Fijian international went himself from dummy half and scored an outstanding solo try.
Adam Doueihi kicked five from five conversions on the night, with his final effort making the score 30-18 in favour of Wests Tigers in Redcliffe.

Wests Tigers 30 (Turuva 2, Da Silva, Seyfarth, Koroisau tries; Doueihi 5/5 goals) defeated Dolphins 18 (Bostock, Farnworth, Nikorima tries; Isaako 3/4 goals) at Kayo Stadium.
