Wests Tigers Members Guide to kicking off the 2025 season!
With the long-awaited season kick-off finally approaching, check out our Members guide before heading to the match on Friday!
There are some changes from previous seasons, so even if you are familiar with your Membership, we kindly ask you to review the below ahead of Round 1 to ensure you are ready for the new season.
GETTING INTO THE GROUND
Arrive early to avoid the rush!
With gates opening at 4:30 pm, we encourage all Members and fans to beat the rush and secure your spot early.
Try to be in your seats by 5:45 pm to watch new co-captain Jarome Luai run the team out at Campbelltown!
Flexi Members — Ensure your tickets are redeemed before kick-off
Flexi Members are required to redeem tickets ahead of each match.
Leichhardt Flexi Members who wish to redeem a seat for this match must do so before heading to the ground.
Your Membership card alone will not provide Leichhardt Flexi Members access to this game.
You can redeem your ticket by using the barcode on your membership card as a password on Ticketek. If you need more information on how to redeem your Flexi Membership, click here.
Redeem your ticket 24 hours before kick-off to ensure the process is complete before heading to the match.
Ensure you have your Membership Card handy
Full-Season Members and Campbelltown 5-Game Flexi Members can scan into the ground on Friday night using their Membership card.
If your Membership card has not arrived, you can use your digital Membership card to enter the ground.
Search for an email sent by membership@weststigers.com.au to obtain your digital Membership card (it may be in your junk mail). The subject of the email will be: “Your 2025 Digital Membership Card is attached”.
If you can't find the card, email membership@weststigers.com.au by Friday at 12 pm to have your digital card resent to you.
Plan your travel
Wests Tigers recommend that transportation to and from games are planned in advance to avoid disappointment.
Campbelltown Sports Stadium is located right next to the Leumeah train station, with plenty of buses and parking available on both sides of the railway line for fans wishing to get to the game.

The RoarStore van will be located at the Pembroke Road side of the ground, with a marquee also situated just inside the main gates at the Old Leumeah Road entrance.
