UNE SG Ball Cup (Under 19s) - Western Suburbs Magpies

The Magpies have secured their first victory of the SG Ball Cup season in style after coming away with a 50-4 win over the Dragons at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium.

Magpies winger Saint Fuatimau scored four tries in the win in which Wests were dominant throughout.

Halfback Sonny Edwards-Moeke had his best game of the season to date after putting together an impressive performance, while captain Archie Duncombe was also a strong performer.

Magpies 50 (Fuatimau 4, Makasini, Edwards-Moeke, Laupepa, Taupau-Moors, Bursill, McMenemy tries; Makasini 5/10 goals) defeated Dragons 4 (Jelacic try; Sargent-Wilson 0/1 goals) at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium

UNE SG Ball Cup (Under 19s) - Balmain Tigers

Balmain's SG Ball Cup team has continued their unbeaten start to the season with a 26-12 win over the Panthers in Round 4.

A double to classy centre Xavier Tauaifaiga helped put the Tigers on their way to victory at Windsor Sports Complex.

The halves pairing of Marc Tannous and Cohen Benson was typically classy, while Blake Van Drie also furthered his impressive 2025 campaign.

Tigers 26 (Tauaifaiga 2, Partch, Huahulu, Saua tries; Tannous 2/5 goals, Kanaan 1/1 goal) defeated Panthers 12 (Wald 2 tries; Raven 2/2 goals) at Windsor Sports Complex

Westpac Tarsha Gale Cup (Under 19s) - Wests Tigers 

The Wests Tigers Tarsha Gale Cup team has gone down 28-4 to the Knights in Round 4 of the Tarsha Gale Cup.

The loss at Cessnock Sportsground is the club's first of the 2025 season after a strong start to the year. 

Winger, Chaela-Lee Falls scored the only try of the afternoon for the visitors.

Knights 28 (Shaw, Cox, Norton, Finau, Simpson, Brown tries; Smuts 2/6 goals) defeated Wests Tigers 4 (Falls try; Barnett 0/1 goals) at Cessnock Sportsground

SLE Laurie Daley Cup (Under 18s) - Macarthur Wests Tigers 

The Macarthur Wests Tigers Laurie Daley Cup team has been defeated for the first time this season, falling to a 26-22 loss to Illawarra South Coast in Round 3.

The Macarthur spine duo of Aaron Paea and Tyson Walker were among their best in the narrow defeat.

Late Dragons tries to Flynn O'Mara and Jack Koster meant they came away with the two competition points at Kirkham Oval.

Ill SC Dragons 26 (Talbott, Butler, Wheeler, O'Mara, Koster tries; O'Dea 3/5 goals) defeated M Wests Tigers 22 (Paea, Walker, Glassie, Volcov tries; Richards 3/5 goals) at Kirkham Oval

UNE Harold Matthews Cup (Under 17s) - Western Suburbs Magpies 

The Wests Magpies U/17's have been defeated 30-12 by the Central Coast Roosters in Round 4 of the Harold Matthews Cup.

Tries to livewire hooker Kingston Finau and classy halfback Curtis Lakeman were unable to secure a result for Wests on Saturday.

The Magpies head into Round 5's clash against Illawarra with a two-win, two-loss record so far in the 2025 season. 

CC Roosters 30 (Gatt-Smith, Mareko, Foini, Bennett, Devaney tries; Mareko 5/5 goals) defeated Magpies 12 (Finau, Lakeman tries; Vella 2/2 goals) at Woy Woy Oval

UNE Harold Matthews Cup (Under 17s) - Balmain Tigers

Balmain's Harold Matthews Cup team have secured back-to-back victories after coming away with a 16-14 win over North Sydney at Lidcombe Oval.

Two tries to Ben Lawrence and another to Christian Azzi meant Balmain held a slender lead at half-time. 

In the second stanza, the Bears relentlessly attacked the Tigers' line, however, the Balmain defence held them out time and time again to score two hard-fought competition points.

Tigers 16 (Lawrence 2, Azzi tries; Lawrence 2/3 goals) defeated Bears 14 (Kotarac 2, Dabit tries; Gaw 1/3 goals) at Lidcombe Oval

Westpac Lisa Fiaola Cup (Under 17s) - Wests Tigers

The Wests Tigers Lisa Fiaola Cup team has been defeated 20-18 by the Knights in Round 4. 

Kalani Godinet's impressive performance at Cessnock Sportsground wasn't enough to secure victory for the visitors. 

Hooker, Dawn Tui was also typically strong in the away loss. 

Wests Tigers now hold a two-win, two-loss record to begin the 2025 season. 

Knights 20 (Rawlins, Pike, Seumanutafa, Callaghan tries; Pike 2/4 goals) defeated Wests Tigers 18 (Fasavalu-Fa'amausili, Godinet, Faaui tries; Faaui 3/3 goals) at Cessnock Sportsground

SLE Andrew Johns Cup (Under 16s) -  Macarthur Wests Tigers

The Macarthur Wests Tigers Andrew Johns Cup team have fallen to their first defeat of the 2025 season in a 20-12 loss to Illawarra South Coast on Saturday. 

At Kirkham Oval, Camden, the home team were unable to overcome a fast start from the Dragons despite some strong individual performances.

Hooker, Ashton Dewanto was arguably Macarthur's best, with the dummy half scoring a try and setting another up in the narrow loss.
