The new deal, which is both an extension and an upgrade, will see the Zurich name prominently positioned on Wests Tigers NRL (sleeve) and NRLW (sternum) jerseys for the next three seasons.

Zurich joined forces with Wests Tigers in 2022, assuming naming rights to Wests Tigers Centre of Excellence at Concord, the Zurich Centre.

The partnership also saw the Zurich logo proudly displayed on Wests Tigers NRLW jersey in the team’s first two seasons in the NRL Women’s Premiership and has now evolved to include sleeve sponsorship of Wests Tigers NRL team through until 2027.

“First it was the Zurich Centre, and then an increased involvement with our women’s team, and now Zurich will be on our NRL jerseys as well for the next three seasons.

“We take great pride in linking the Wests Tigers name with such a globally recognisable brand as Zurich.

“We are very well aligned, as we are with all our major partners, on core values such as community, inclusivity and family.

“As I’ve said before, in terms of branding, Wests Tigers now has one of the most diverse and prestigious jerseys in the NRL and NRLW competitions.”

Zurich, through its partnership with Wests Tigers, has also been investing in the growth of junior rugby with its innovative ‘Grassroots to Greatness’ initiative.

Linda Griffin, Head of Brand, Marketing and Corporate Affairs at Zurich said: “We are proud to extend our partnership with the Wests Tigers for a further three seasons following two successful years working closely together on several important initiatives.

“Together we have provided players with access to world class facilities through the Zurich Centre and driven impactful community programs such as ‘Grassroots to Greatness’, supplying $23,000 worth of football equipment to junior league clubs around Australia,” Ms Griffin said.

Wests Tigers 2025 NRL season kicks off on Friday 7th March against the Newcastle Knights at Campbelltown Sports Stadium.  Wests Tigers NRLW team opens its season on Saturday 5th July against the Broncos in Brisbane.
