Wests Tigers wish to thank departing fullback Botille Vette-Welsh for her services to the club over the past five years.

Vette-Welsh has played a significant role in the development of Wests Tigers' women’s program, as both a mentor and player.
The off-contract 28-year-old, who was co-captain of Wests Tigers' NRLW team in its first two seasons, scored the first try in the team’s inaugural season against the Parramatta Eels in Round 1, 2023.
Botille has also done some outstanding work for Wests Tigers over the past two years away from football, in her role as Community Engagement Coordinator.

Wests Tigers NRLW Head Coach, Brett Kimmorley, says Botille can be proud of her contribution to the club.
“On behalf of Wests Tigers, I wish Botille the very best with her future endeavours,” said Kimmorley.
“She will forever be Wests Tigers NRLW Player #1 and she will always be welcome back at this club.
“Botille has been presented with an opportunity elsewhere and we wish her well.”
