Congratulations to Wests Tigers forward Natasha Penitani on being nominated for this years’ NRLW Dally M Rookie of the Year.
Penitani was one of nine players to make their NRLW debut with Wests Tigers this season.
The 24-year-old prop made her first appearance in the Telstra Women’s Premiership against the Raiders in Round 1.
Natasha played in all nine matches in her rookie season, including the team’s Round 9 victory over the Sharks where she lined up against her older sister, Tiana.
In total, 35 players are in contention for the 2024 NRLW Dally M Team of the Year, along with nominees for Coach, Captain and Rookie of the Year awards.
The Dally M Player of the Year will be announced, along with the Team of the Year, Coach of the Year, Captain of the Year, Rookie of the Year and a raft of other awards for the NRL and NRLW, including leading tryscorer and pointscorer.
