NRLW Judiciary Report: Koroi cops four match ban

Orchids five-eighth Sera Koroi has been suspended for four matches by the judiciary after pleading guilty a Grade 3 Dangerous Throw charge.

Koroi was sent off for a dangerous throw on Fetu and Titans centre Sarina Masaga in the 57th minute of the Pacific Cup promotion-relegation play-off at CommBank Stadium on Sunday, won 34-12 by Samoa.

She was referred directly to the judiciary and received a four match suspension.

Koroi's PNG and Cowboys teammate Sareka Mooka was hit with a one-match ban and received a warning for incidents in Sunday's loss to Samoa.

Mooka was hit with a Grade 2 Dangerous Contact charge for an incident after Lindsay Tui's 43rd minute try. She entered an early guilty plea and has been banned for match.

Mooka also received a warning for a hair pull on Tavarna Papali'i, as did Mala Mark for the same offence on Masaga.

PNG penalised as a hair pull stops a try

Samoa forward Christian Pio entered an early guilty plea to a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact charge for a tackle on Orchids centre Belinda Gwasamun. She has received a Warning.
