Team Update: Pre-season Challenge vs Warriors
Wests Tigers five-eighth Lachlan Galvin has been ruled out of Sunday’s Pre-season Challenge match against the Warriors after suffering a calf injury in training.

The 18-year-old local junior will return to Sydney where he will undergo scans on what is said to be only a minor strain.
Galvin’s place in the 28-man squad will be filled by Iverson Matai, a talented young halfback who joined Wests Tigers last year from Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.
Matai will join the squad in Christchurch on Friday.
