Match Report: Jersey Flegg Round 26 vs Roosters

It was the Roosters who opened the scoring at Wentworth Park through Braith Alexander, before Joseph Delle replied for Wests Tigers.

The two teams continued to go try-for-try when Christian Abal crossed and Delle collected a second respectively, with the home side leading 12-8 at the break.

Interchange prop Herman Tofaeono continued his recent try-scoring form to give Wests Tigers their first lead of the match, however it was to be short-lived.

The remainder of the game was all Roosters, with four unanswered tries sealing the victory for the Eastern Suburbs team.

Abal, Sione Vaenuku, Salesi Foketi and Tavita Henare-Schuster all bagged second half tries to secure a 34-14 Roosters victory.
