The match will be a special occasion for Wests Tigers halfback Luke Brooks, who is set to play his 200th NRL match, at the ‘Eighth Wonder of the World’.
The one-club man will become just the fifth player to bring up 200 appearances in the black, white and orange, joining Robbie Farah, Benji Marshall, Chris Lawrence and Chris Heighington.
In team news, Tim Sheens has elected to name the same seventeen who were valiant in defeat against the South Sydney Rabbitohs last weekend.
Todd Payten has made one change to his line-up, with Riley Price replacing Jamayne Taunoa-Brown on the interchange bench.
Wests Tigers hold a dominant record over the Cowboys at Leichhardt Oval, winning eight of the ten encounters between the two sides at the historic venue.
Among those games was a special Thursday night in Indigenous Round of 2018, when Luke Brooks scored a length-of-the-field intercept try to lead his side to a 20-12 victory.
