Head coach Tim Sheens has named a largely unchanged line-up for Sunday afternoon’s clash, with Brent Naden the only omission from the squad that upset the Penrith Panthers in Bathurst last weekend.
Tommy Talau will replace Naden in the starting lineup with Asu Kepaoa returning from illness to fill Talau’s spot on the interchange bench.
After four consecutive defeats, Anthony Griffin has wielded the axe and elected to cut star centre Zac Lomax and former Wests Tigers hooker Jacob Liddle.
The pair will be replaced by Mikaele Ravalawa and Jayden Sullivan, with Jack Bird shifting to lock to accommodate the return of Billy Burns and Jaydn Su’A.
Wests Tigers have won two of their three matches at Magic Round, chalking up convincing victories over the Panthers in 2019 and the Knights in 2021.
