Match Preview: Round 22 vs Cronulla Sharks

Wests Tigers have embarked on a road trip up the New England Highway as they prepare to face off against the Cronulla Sharks in Tamworth.

Saturday’s match will be the first game played at Scully Park in over three years, and the joint-venture will be eager to put in a strong performance for the home crowd.

In team news, Ken Maumalo has been ruled out of the clash with a knee injury sustained against Newcastle.

He will be replaced on the wing by Starford To’a, with James Roberts returning to the side in the centres.

Brett Kimmorley has elected to shuffle his forward pack with Zane Musgrove returning to the starting line-up at prop.

Joe Ofahengaue is set to revert to lock and Fonua Pole will move onto the interchange bench alongside impressive debutant Tom Freebairn.

The Sharks will be without Matt Moylan on Saturday evening but welcome back Dale Finucane from suspension after the veteran served a three-game ban.
