Fullback Jahream Bula has been named to return to the custodian role alongside wingers Jay Kirk and Trey Peni.
In a halves switch, Zane Camroux is set to shift to five-eighth with Jamie Lawler donning the number seven jersey.
Sione Fainu and Lome Saukuru will combine to make up a formidable front-row pairing, while Justin Matamua returns to the squad after making his NRL debut.
