Wests Tigers congratulate Macarthur Wests Tigers award winners

Wests Tigers would like to congratulate the club's Macarthur Wests Tigers award winners from the 2021 junior representative season in the Andrew Johns (U/16) and Laurie Daley Cup (U/18) competitions.

The club was proud to announce program awards for Daniel Waqa and Zac Gibson for most tries and goals respectively, while Jack Simpson was named the Macarthur Wests Tigers Program Player of the Year for his fine season in the Laurie Daley Cup that saw him take home both the Players' Player and Best and Fairest Awards.

In 2022, several key members of the 2021 Andrew Johns Cup squad (who trained part-time with the Western Suburbs Magpies junior representative teams) will be promoted into the Harold Matthews squad full-time while a number of key members in the Laurie Daley Cup squad will transition to the SG Ball squad.

Note that players who are 16 years of age in 2022 and play locally (in either Wests Tigers Macarthur or Group 6 JRL) will be considered for selection in both the Wests Harold Matthews and Macarthur Wests Tigers Andrew Johns Cup teams. Players who are 18 years of age in 2022 play locally (in either Wests Tigers Macarthur or Group 6 JRL) will be considered for selection in both the Wests SG Ball and Macarthur Wests Tigers Laurie Daley Cup teams.
