No Talk Day

Wests Tigers will ‘play their role’ as the club joins in on Triple M's No Talk Day on Thursday, 1st July — a day dedicated to raising awareness for men's mental health and to help everyone start a conversation.

Throughout the day, there will be no social media posts, no website articles and no Member emails.

Men can be intimidated when it comes to having conversations about mental health, especially with their mates. However, encouraging them to open up is one of the most important things you can do to support someone in your life who might be struggling.

Tune in to Triple M on Thursday, 1st July to hear how radio hosts, professional athletes, Triple M listeners and Beyond Blue Speakers look after their own mental health, and how they check in with their mates.

Wests Tigers is a proud partner of Beyond Blue and is working together with us to shine a light on this important issue.
