Wests Tigers player Russell Packer, Archer and his family.

Wests Tigers were joined by a very special visitor last Thursday as Archer and his family watched the team go through its final training session prior to their Round 13 clash against Penrith.

A loyal Wests Tigers fan, Archer has been fighting cancer for the past 18 months but came along to training and Friday's game — inspiring the team to their 26-6 win — with plenty of smiles all round from the family and players alike!
