Man of the Match: Round 12

Wests Tigers fullback Daine Laurie has produced a stellar individual performance to claim the Man of the Match award from Round 12.

Playing in Indigenous Round, Laurie had one of his brightest performances since his first-grade debut last season — dominating in attack to finish with a try, try assist, linebreak, linebreak assist and four tackle breaks.

Chalking up a team-high 206 metres from a team-high 21 runs, Laurie also produced a strong goal-line try-saver to add to his ever-improving defensive resume — ending the night with six tackles made but all of which were important.

Laurie will look to make it back-to-back wins for the first time this season when he faces off against his former side, Penrith, next Friday at Leichhardt.
