It was a superb day of action at Leichhardt Oval on Sunday with five grades of Wests Tigers teams in action and not one tasting defeat!
Four of the five sides recorded wins in front of the 5,212-strong crowd at Leichhardt Oval, with the only minor blemish on otherwise perfect day coming with the NSW Cup side earning a hard-fought 28-28 draw against Blacktown-Workers.
Wests Tigers NRL side capped off the huge day of action with a 52-16 thrashing of the Sea Eagles as Daine Laurie and Adam Doueihi starred for the hosts — scoring three tries and setting up another three between them on the night.

Wests Tigers fullback Daine Laurie has delivered a starring opening half to help his side defeat the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles 52-18 in their second and final trial match today at Leichhardt Oval.
With Moses Mbye rested from the trial as he nurses a minor injury, Laurie showed the pace off the mark and ball-playing ability that has many excited about what lies ahead at Wests Tigers — scoring two tries in the space of four minutes before laying on another for Tommy Talau to score in the 22-6 first half romp.

Western Suburbs 28 drew with Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles 28
Western Suburbs have produced a stunning late comeback to draw 28-28 with the Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles in their trial match today at Leichhardt Oval.
Trailing 28-6 at half-time, Ben Gardiner's side refused to go away and crossed twice in the final three minutes to sensationally level the match at 28-28.

Wests Tigers 34 def. South Sydney Rabbitohs 18
After toppling the Canberra Raiders last week, Wests Tigers Jersey Flegg have continued their good pre-season with a 34-18 win over South Sydney.
Falling behind early, Wayne Lambkin's side worked hard to get themselves back into the contest at half-time — levelling the match at 12-12 — before some individual moments of brilliance throughout the second half allowed them to skip away.
Jordan Hill was dangerous on the left edge all afternoon while Iverson Fuatimau proved a handful for defenders en route to the strong 16-point win.
NSW WOMEN'S PREMIERSHIP
Wests Tigers 30 def. Cronulla Sharks 10
Four tries in the opening 16 minutes paved the way for a dominant win from Wests Tigers in their second and final Harvey Norman NSW Women's Premiership trial match against the Cronulla Sharks. Emily Curtain crossed in the opening set of the game to set the tone for the home side, who were never troubled despite resting representative five-eighth Raecene McGregor for the entire match.
Captain and star fullback Botille Vette-Welsh had a number of classy touches in her return from Maori All Stars duties, while an impressive performance from the home side's forward pack have them looming as one of the sides to beat in 2021.

Wests Tigers continued their blistering start to 2021 with a 20-12 win over the St. George Dragons — preserving their unbeaten start to the year.
Hope Tevaga bagged a double in the win for Wests Tigers — moving them into second position on the ladder ahead of next week's bye round, which will see the side with a maximum 10 points from the opening five weekends.
