Chemist Warehouse Injury Report: Round 20

Wests Tigers forward Josh Aloiai has been cleared of an ACL injury after he was taken off injured against the Melbourne Storm in Round 19.

There were initial fears that the powerful prop had sustained a serious knee injury, but scans the following day cleared him of an ACL tear.

Scans have instead revealed cartilage damage that will be further assessed by a specialist before the club plans the best intervention.

David Nofoaluma has also been cleared of any serious injury suffered in the loss, while Sam McIntyre has commenced the standard concussion rehabilitation protocols after failing his head injury assessment on the night.

In other injury news, co-captain Moses Mbye has successfully undergone a knee arthroscope and has begun his recovery program, while Billy Walters is on track to begin the next stage of his rehabilitation in the coming week and transition out of a knee brace.
