Judiciary Report: Round 19

Round 19 saw plenty of players charged with an array of offences, but only a handful will miss the final game of the regular season.

Souths forward Jaydn Su'a will miss Round 20 after he accepted a one-match ban for his hit on Bulldogs playmaker Lachlan Lewis in his side's defeat on Thursday night — a tackle that attracted a Grade 2 High Tackle - Careless offence.

Bulldogs centre Tim Lafai was also handed the same charge for a tackle on Su'A late in the match and will miss the final game of the year.

Dragons playmaker Ben Hunt is the other big name facing a week on the sidelines after he was charged with the NRL's new crusher tackle offence.

Hunt will miss his side's final game of the season with an early guilty plea, or could miss another match down the track if he unsuccessfully fights the charge.

Panthers forward Viliame Kikau is facing a $700 fine over a Grade 1 High Tackle - Careless on Cowboys star Valentine Holmes.

Brisbane's Alex Glenn can avoid a one-match ban if he pleads guilty to a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact - Other charge on Eels prop Reagan Campbell-Gillard.

The same also goes for Parramatta prop Junior Paulo, who was hit with the same charge for a tackle on Broncos forward David Fifita.

Eels centre Michael Jennings is facing a monetary fine for a Grade 1 High Tackle - Careless offence on his opposite number in Kotoni Staggs.
