Around the Grounds: Round 10

It was a round of upsets and strong performances in Round 10 as the revised 2020 Telstra Premiership season reached its halfway point.

Beginning with Canberra's stunning win over the high-flying Roosters on Thursday night, Wests Tigers were soon in on the action — recording their fourth biggest win in club history as they trounced the Broncos 48-0 at Leichhardt Oval.

An undermanned Manly got the job done over Parramatta to knock the Eels off the top of the ladder, while a late Corey Norman try proved the difference for the Dragons as they continued their mid-season resurgence.

Sunday saw the Sharks pile on the points over the Warriors, before the Panthers came from behind to down the Cowboys and claim top spot on the ladder.
