Injury Report: Round 1

Wests Tigers can provide the following Chemist Warehouse Injury Report ahead of the club’s Round 1 game against the St. George-Illawarra Dragons.

After picking up a knee injury in the club’s final trial match against the Warriors, co-captain Moses Mbye has begun a lower body rehabilitation program with an expected return in the near future.

The news is also promising for hooker Jacob Liddle, who has increased his running program and is tolerating the increased load well as he recovers from a long-term knee injury.

Forward Russell Packer is in the initial stages of a post-surgical recovery program following foot surgery, with his program to be upgraded in the coming weeks in close consultation with the club’s High Performance staff.

Wests Tigers face the Dragons in the final game of Round 1 at 6:15pm AEDT on Sunday, March 15.
