K-Town Man of the Match: Round 23

Wests Tigers five-eighth Benji Marshall has been named the K-Town Man of the Match after starring in his side's big win over the Newcastle Knights at Campbelltown Sports Stadium.

Marshall was at the heart of everything for Michael Maguire's side as they piled on the points against Newcastle — finishing the match with four try assists.

With a hand in another, two tackle breaks, a linebreak, 84 metres and 132 kick metres, it was another vintage performance from the Kiwi veteran — putting Wests Tigers back in to contention for finals footy with a 42-point win.

Playing in his 14th season, Marshall has now recorded 15 try-assists for the season and will be determined to continue his good form next Sunday when his side take on the St. George-Illawarra Dragons for their Round 24 clash at the SCG.
