K-Town Man of the Match: Round 20

Wests Tigers halfback Luke Brooks has been named the K-Town Man of the Match after a strong performance against the North Queensland Cowboys in his side’s determined 28-6 victory.

With a hill full of thrilled fans, Brooks put in a strong 80 minutes of Thursday Night Football at Leichhardt Oval with classy moments in both attack and defence.

His brilliant cover tackle on Cowboys winger Kyle Feldt typified the type of effort Michael Maguire's side showed in defence, while he also picked up two try assists and had a direct hand in another for Paul Momirovski.

A dynamic runner of the ball, Brooks finished with a 154 line-engaged metres along with 91 metres, one linebreak, two linebreak assists and 276 kicking metres.
