Wests Tigers Head Coach Michael Maguire said the focus for his side was once again consistency as they look to record back-to-back wins for the second time this season on Saturday.
After showing great mental strength to bounce back from a 45-point defeat to Parramatta and an early 14-point deficit against the Titans, Maguire said the way his side worked together was the key ahead of this week's clash with the Roosters.
"I said after the game that we have to work on our consistency," Maguire enthused.
"I think [that] when we're playing against teams like we are this week, it's about turning up and making sure we're doing the things we've been practicing at our best. That will give us our best chance to win.
"From my experience, it's part of the journey but it's also one of the joys of the job in trying to find that [consistency]. It's working hard with each individual and making sure they can find their best game each week."

Wests Tigers will welcome back veteran Benji Marshall in the halves for this week's clash against the defending premiers — as well as in-form young forward Luke Garner after sitting out last week with concussion — but Maguire said the return of one player wouldn't define his side's ability to generate that consistency.
"It's not just one individual, it's every individual in the team," he enthused.

"That's the best challenge of coaching young men. Our game demands we turn up each week so I'm looking forward to how our boys turn up on Saturday.
"In the last couple of weeks, we had one blowout score but it was really obvious that we were working on our own. We turned that around in a week and it some really good form by everyone working together so that's the real key."
