Wests Tigers halfback Luke Brooks has tonight by his teammates as the NRL Players' Player of the Year at the club's Presentation Night this evening.

One of just two players to play every game for Wests Tigers this season, Brooks took out the award ahead of several finalists that also included co-captain Chris Lawrence, Corey Thompson, Michael Chee Kam and Ben Matulino, who all polled well during the year.

Brooks was a standout for Ivan Cleary's side throughout the year in what has been his finest season since picking up the 2014 Dally M Rookie of the Year Award. In addition to playing every game for the first time in his career, Brooks produced season-high totals in run metres, forced dropouts, kick metres and offloads.

He also registered five tries, 10 try-assists, 15 linebreak assists and two field goals throughout the year.

Wests Tigers would like to congratulate Luke on being named the Players' Player for 2018!
