Thompson ruled out for remainder of season

Wests Tigers can provide the following Chemist Warehouse Injury Report heading in to the club's Round 22 away game against the Canberra Raiders.

After sustaining an ankle injury in the side's last-start win over the Newcastle Knights, Wests Tigers can confirm that Corey Thompson requires surgery and will take no further part in season 2018.

Corey will be clear to begin the 2019 pre-season training and will continue in a rehabilitation program until the season concludes.

Chris Lawrence (hand/hamstring) and Mahe Fonua (arm) are both expected to miss just one further week with their respective injuries, with Josh Aloiai (hand) and Tim Grant (knee) hopeful of returning the week after in Round 24. Oliver Clark won't be available for a few more weeks.

Josh Reynolds is also progressing well with his recovery following shoulder surgery and should be clear to commence 2019 pre-season training.
