Wests Tigers forward Sauaso Sue has been charged by the Match Review Committee following his side's Round 21 win over the Newcastle Knights on Friday.
Sue was charged with a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact - Other offence for lifting the knee in to Knights fullback Kalyn Ponga when he broke through in to the back field early in the second half.
The charge attracts 100 base points which can be downgraded to 90 points with an early guilty plea.
The club will enter an early guilty plea for Sue, meaning he is free to play in next week's game.
The 26-year-old was one of his side's best in the 25-16 win over Newcastle — chalking up 127 run metres from 11 carries while also making 16 tackles without missing in his 33 minutes off the bench.
No other players were charged by the Match Review Committee from Friday Night Football.
