Western Suburbs Magpies Intrust Super Premiership Head Coach Brett Hodgson has named his squad to take on the Wentworthville Magpies this Sunday.
Kickoff for the match is at 3:00pm AEST from Ringrose Park as Western Suburbs look to continue their strong start to the season and consolidate top spot on the Intrust Super Premiership ladder.
After coming from behind to down Newcastle last weekend, Hodgson has named a different-looking squad for Sunday's game with a number of key players not available for selection this weekend.
Watson Heleta moves to fullback in place of Tui Lolohea, who has been ruled out with a minor knee complaint, while young half Gus Garzaniti will make his Intrust Super Premiership debut in place of Josh Drinwkater, with Tyson Gamble moving to halfback.
Drinkwater has been granted a release to take up a full-time playing opportunity with Catalans until the end of this year. At the completion of that deal, the club will have first and last rights to re-sign Drinkwater for the 2019 season and beyond.
Development squad players Sam McIntyre and Thomas Mikaele have also been included in the squad.
