Wests Tigers have today confirmed the release of Jordan Rankin from the remainder of his playing contract, effectively immediately.
Rankin was contracted at Wests Tigers until the end of season 2017, but has been granted an immediate release to take up an opportunity with the Huddersfield Giants.
Since joining the Club in 2016, the 25-year-old has played 23 first-grade games for Wests Tigers, with one first-grade appearance so far in 2017.
Wests Tigers would like to thank Jordan for his contribution and commitment throughout his time at the Club and wish him well in the future.
