Wests Tigers centre Tim Simona says Friday night's game against the Penrith Panthers is another semi-final-like game for the Club as they look to keep their finals hopes alive following a last-start defeat to the Gold Coast Titans on Saturday.
Despite losing the match and fullback James Tedesco to injury, Simona said confidence was still high at training as the team prepares for another semi-final-like game this week.
"Every game from here on in is another semi-final for us," he said.
"The boys are training well and upbeat, and we're looking forward to a big challenge.
"We know our semi-finals started a few weeks ago.
"We've been confident in ourselves over the last few weeks. We're just enjoying ourselves and enjoying our footy — everyone is working hard for each other around them.
"We're really stepping up at training and that's the spirit that we want," he said.
"Even though we've lost Teddy, we're still enjoying ourselves and staying upbeat and everyone is loving being here. Hopefully we can keep that going with three games to go given they're all must-win for us."
