Wests Tigers fullback Justin Hunt has been charged by the Match Review Committee following his side's Round 10 clash against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.
Hunt was placed on report for a high tackle on Moses Mbye in the 36th Minute.
The fullback was charged with a Grade 2 High Tackle - Careless offence, attracting 125 points, but will be free to play this weekend should he take the early guilty plea (93 points).
The Club has until 12:00pm on Tuesday to enter a plea and has not done so as yet.
In other judiciary news, Dragons forward Joel Thompson will miss a week following a Careless High Tackle on Blake Austin on while Sea Eagles forward Martin Taupau will be sidelined for three weeks after his Dangerous Throw on Brisbane forward Matt Gillett.
Parramatta Eels duo Isaac De Gois and Beau Scott were both hit with Grade 1 Tripping charges but are free to play this weekend should they opt to take the early guilty plea.
