Wests Tigers held the first meeting of the Wests Tigers Member Committee on Monday with the group coming together at Concord Oval.

The 10 person Member Committee were joined by Wests Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe, Chief Operating Officer Ryan Webb and the Club’s Membership staff for the inaugural meeting.

The Club received more than 150 nominations for the Member Committee with a comprehensive review process undertaken to select the group that included criteria such as Membership category, location, relevant skills and experience.

The group brings a range of backgrounds to the Member Committee that the Club believes will allow for feedback and discussion across a range of topics.

Wests Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe said that the Club looked forward to working with the Member Committee over the coming year.

“The Member Committee provides the Club with an opportunity to get feedback from a diverse group of Members who have the best interests of Wests Tigers at heart,” said Pascoe.

“The group is incredibly passionate about the Club and I look forward to meeting with them regularly over the coming year.

“Membership is a huge part of this Club and providing them with a voice is integral to our future success,” he said. “We’re committed to growing our Membership base and this group will be a part of that process.

“There was great discussion at our first meeting with a range of ideas for the future direction of the Club’s Membership program presented,” said Pascoe.
