Wests Tigers forward Kyle Lovett spoke to the media on Monday ahead of the Club's Round 13 clash against the Gold Coast Titans at Leichhardt Oval.
Lovett, who made his first-grade debut against the Titans in Round 1 earlier this year, said that despite three straight losses heading into the weekend, the mood and energy around the Club was really positive and had him looking forward to Friday's must-win match.
"Everyone feels good, still on board and really confident," enthused Lovett.
"We just want to turn it around, obviously, and get back in the winning circle [and] everyone's been working hard to make that happen, so it's been good.
"Everyone is behind each other, and we're training hard, so the spirits are up.
"We've seen some good results already this year; we've developed in a lot of aspects that we wanted to, so I think give it a bit of time and we'll turn it around again."
