Wests Tigers have today confirmed the signing of Penani Manumalealii on a second tier contract for the remainder of the 2015 season.

Manumalealii played two NRL games for the Cronulla Sharks last season, making his debut in Round 2 against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.

The De La Salle and Hornby Panthers junior has played four Test matches for Samoa, including a three-try haul in the 2014 Pacific Rugby League International against Fiji.

With the ability to play both halfback and five-eighth, the 22-year-old will join the NSW Cup squad immediately.
