Wests Tigers 2015 recruit Kevin Naiqama speaks about joining the Club as pre-season training gets underway under Head Coach Jason Taylor.
Naiqama moved to Wests Tigers after a one-year stint with the Penrith Panthers — scoring seven tries in his eight NRL appearances for the Club as well as playing a key role in their VB NSW Cup premiership victory over the Newcastle Knights.
And while the 25-year-old said that he enjoyed his time at the foot of the mountains in 2014, he was looking forward to the change and opportunity that 2015 will provide.
"It was pretty daunting come in here on Day One," admitted Naiqama, "but everyone was really welcoming and I'm looking forward to a big pre-season.
"I was a bit nervous at the start, but everyone came and introduced themselves to me and made it pretty easy on me to adjust to being at a new Club."
"I've moved around a bit... and now being at Wests Tigers, I'm really looking forward to what they can give me and [how] I can better myself as a player."
