With two consecutive losses to the Dragons and Rabbitohs, Wests Tigers Under 20s will take on the Cowboys this Saturday as they looking to bounce back ahead of the finals.
In the last match of the regular season, Wests Tigers travel to Townsville sitting in sixth place. The 2012 Champions have the chance to move into fifth with a win; however a loss could see them drop to seventh.
North Queenslands loss last week to Cronulla ended their finals hopes, with the Cowboys now four points out of the eight and playing for pride this weekend.
Before the loss to the Sharks last week, North Queensland were on a six-match winning streak in a finals charge much like their NRL side and shouldnt be taken lightly by the Wests Tigers.
The two sides met earlier in the year Leichhardt Oval, with Wests Tigers walking away with a 28-16 victory in the Round 11 fixture.
The match will kick-off at 5:15pm on Saturday.
After making his NRL debut in Round 24 against the Dragons, Brown returned to the Under 20s side last week and was a standout in the 16-12 loss to South Sydney. The prop made 21 hit-ups for 171 metres, while also providing two offloads. Brown is sure to be a key-man for the Wests Tigers not only in this match, but also in the sides finals campaign as Todd Paytens men look to defend their title.
Santo is a crafty fullback that has scored four tries in the past three matches for the Cowboys. Last week against the Sharks, Santo made 203 metres from 12 runs, which included two line-breaks. Combined with his form this year, Santo also had a stellar 2012 season winning the Clubs NYC Player of the year award and was also the leading tryscorer.
