Wests Tigers assistant coach Royce Simmons comes to you from Leichhardt Oval this week, giving fans an exclusive insight into the team's preparation to take on the New Zealand Warriors.

Simmons tells Wests Tigers TV that the crowd will again be crucial in getting the team home, as it has been three times already in 2013.

The former St Helens head coach praised the Members and fans who had turned out in the rain in previous weeks, saying they made a difference to the final result.

Simmons also said he thought Benji Marshall had trained very well during a turbulent week and that he had lead the side during captain Robbie Farah's absence.
