Wests Tigers forward Adam Blair has tonight been cleared by the NRL judiciary to play St George-Illawarra Dragons at the Sydney Cricket Ground this Sunday.

Blair contested not guilty to a Dangerous Contact charge for putting Unnecessary Leg Pressure on Kevin Proctor's leg in the 60th minute in the loss to the Melbourne Storm on Monday night.

"Adam felt he didn't have a case to answer and was very keen to contest the charge. He was glad he got a fair hearing and is looking forward to playing the Dragons,'' Wests Tigers CEO Stephen Humphreys said.

"The Club would like to thank barrister Nicolaous Ghabar for his hard work on this case and for helping Adam beat the charge."

Meanwhile fellow back-rower Bodene Thompson has taken an early guilty plea and will miss the Dragons match after being charged with Dangerous Contact - Contact with Kicker after a clash with Gareth Widdop in the 16th minute.
