Wests Tigers is committed to enriching the lives of our community across the Inner West and South West of Sydney, using rugby league's popularity to make a lasting difference in people's lives.

Wests Tigers Empower

The Wests Tigers Empower program is designed to tackle school to work transition and domestic violence in Sydney's Inner West and Southwest. Launched by the club, the program features three core pilot initiatives: Stripes of Success, Classroom to Careers, and Healthy Relationships & Community. These initiatives aim to develop leadership skills, provide career guidance, and promote healthy relationships.

Back to the Juniors

Our ‘Back to the Juniors’ program involves Wests Tigers players visiting our JRL clubs.

Beyond the 80 Project: Girls

Co-designed by Western Sydney University and Wests Tigers, Beyond the 80 (BT80) is a family-based health program targeting girls aged 7-11 years and their families.

Development Carnivals

Ball in hand school carnivals and programs are at the core of our grassroots connection to inspire the next generation of Wests Tigers players.

NRL School2Work

A mentoring program for Indigenous school students in the Wests Tigers traditional catchment for selected year 10-12 students.

Holiday Programs

Wests Tigers holiday clinics are fun, interactive and focus on the fundamental skills of rugby league in a safe an engaging environment.
