Wests Tigers development school Keebra Park State High School continue to excel at schoolboy level, qualifying for the Queensland final against St Brendans.
If Keebra, who feature another crop of future Wests Tigers stars, take out the Queensland final on Tuesday they'll then face Illawarra State High to qualify for the GIO Schoolboy Cup final.
Wests Tigers will bring six players to Sydney in 2014 to enter the Club's development system.
Wests Tigers Recruitment Manager Warren McDonnell paid tribute to the School's program.
"It's been immensely valuable," said McDonnell. "It's a fantastic partnership, you only have to look at the players we've gotten from them over the years.
"They run a fantastic program. Greg Lenton is doing a great job, aided by Glen Campbell who does a fantastic job as strength and conditioning coach.
"They've got great staff around them.
"It's a great partnership that will continue into the future."
The Wests Tigers work with Keebra Park to ensure the highest possible level of development for the young players.
"We bring the coaches down, we have our camp in January and spend time with the coaches and players," said McDonnell.
"We also send people up there to get involved as well.
"All credit goes to the people at Keebra, they're the ones who do all the hard work."
While fans see the results of the development as performance on the field, Keebra also aim to develop the players as quality young men.
"That's the whole idea of it," said McDonnell. "Their discipline is fantastic.
"They get a good education.
"They don't let the players waltz through just because they play rugby league.
"They're well rounded, even the kids who don't make it in footy, get a good grounding for their future careers.
McDonnell has seen the likes of Benji Marshall, Ben-Murdoch Masila and Rangi Chase come to the Wests Tigers from Keebra park, but is especially excited about this current crop of young players.
"It's hard to single anyone out, because as a group they're six of the most talented kids we've had," said McDonnell.
"I'm really excited about Marion Seve. He's the Australian Schoolboys centre.
"He reminds me of a younger Steve Renouf. That's a big call, but he plays with that style of play.
"We've got a group of six which also includes Lamar Liolevave, TeMaire Martin, Sione Alofi, Watson Heleta, Hala Masila."
"As a group, I'm really excited about them."
